Classes
MariaElena taught Mexican Cuisine at Camosun College in Victoria British Columbia for 7 years, where her six-week workshops were in high demand. She has been a guest instructor of Mexican cuisine at the Dubrulle International Culinary Institute of Canada and at the Market Square Cooking School in Vancouver.
MariaElena teaches regularly at Beyond the Kitchen Door in Courtenay BC., The Cookbook Co. Cooks in Calgary Alberta, and most recently teaching through the LCBO throughout the province of Ontario at different locations such as St. Catharines, Burlington and Brampton.
She regularly teaches at community schools, the French Mint Cooking School, and Thrifty Foods Cooking and Lifestyle-Centre, in Victoria, B.C.
